About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join an established, fast-growing General Contractor delivering high-quality commercial, recreational, light industrial, and specialized remote projects across Western Canada.
In this role, you will lead complex design-build initiatives from preconstruction and trade award through site execution, financial reporting, and client handover.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage full project lifecycles for Design-Build and Construction Management projects valued at $5M–$25M+.
Financial Management & WIP: Own budget performance, monthly progress billings, cash flow forecasting, change order management, and overall project profitability.
Design & Client Integration: Serve as the central point of contact for clients, architects, structural/MEP engineers, and municipal authorities.
Site Operations & Remote Logistics: Work in close coordination with Site Superintendents to monitor schedules, sequence materials, and manage logistics for both local Lower Mainland and remote/regional job sites.
Subcontractor Management: Issue subcontracts, evaluate scope gaps, manage trade relationships, and enforce strict QA/QC and safety standards.
What You Bring
Experience: 6–10+ years as a PM/SPM with a reputable Western Canadian or National General Contractor.
Sector Background: Background delivering commercial interiors, industrial tilt-ups/pre-engineered buildings, community recreational facilities, or remote builds.
Delivery Model: Demonstrated success managing Design-Build projects and CCDC contracts.
Software: Proficient in MS Project/Primavera P6, Excel, and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Jonas).

About the Opportunity
We have partnered with a premier Western Canadian General Contractor specializing in Design-Build commercial, industrial, recreational, and remote construction projects.
They are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Senior Estimator who excels in conceptual budgeting and preconstruction planning. This role is designed for an experienced estimator who thrives on taking complete ownership of pricing multiple complex builds simultaneously—working directly with clients, architects, and design teams without team-management administrative overhead.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptual Budgeting & Preconstruction: Develop accurate Class A, B, and C conceptual estimates from preliminary sketches, performance specs, or early design-build concepts.
Multi-Project Management: Simultaneously price and manage tenders across multiple commercial, light industrial, community recreational, and remote construction projects ($5M to $30M+).
Design-Build Value Engineering: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and engineers to identify cost-saving alternatives, constructability issues, and envelope/structural optimizations.
Trade Procurement & Subcontractor Engagement: Leverage an established network of Western Canadian sub-trades to compile detailed trade scopes, issue tender packages, and negotiate lump-sum or target prices.
Remote Logistics Estimating: Factor in cold-climate considerations, freight/shipping logistics, camp accommodations, and site access constraints for remote regional projects.
What You Bring
Experience: 8–12+ years of dedicated Estimating experience with a medium-to-large regional or national General Contractor in Western Canada.
Conceptual Mastery: Proven track record in early-stage conceptual pricing and design-build delivery models (not just traditional hard-bid quantity takeoff).
Communication & Drive: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; a self-motivated, "get-it-done" attitude with high organizational rigor.
Asset: Direct estimating experience with remote/northern builds or pre-engineered steel buildings is a strong advantage.

About the Opportunity
An immediate opening exists for a driven, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a busy operations team delivering design-build commercial, industrial, and recreational projects across Western Canada.
Working alongside Project Managers and Superintendents, you will gain hands-on exposure across preconstruction, submittals, trade administration, site coordination, and project closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control & RFIs: Log, track, and process RFIs, Shop Drawings, Submittals, and Site Instructions using construction management software.
Subcontractor Coordination: Assist PMs with assembling tender packages, reviewing trade scopes, distributing drawings, and maintaining subcontractor compliance logs.
Change Order Administration: Assist in processing proposed change notices (PCNs), issuing change orders, and keeping project change logs up to date.
Billing & Financial Support: Help assemble monthly progress billing backup, process trade invoices, verify holdbacks, and manage lien release documentation.
Site & Meeting Support: Attend project progress meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, track long-lead materials, and assist with deficiency tracking during commissioning.
What You Bring
Experience: 1–3+ years of Project Coordinator experience with a General Contractor or specialized trade contractor.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
Skills: Highly organized, proactive, with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and exposure to construction platforms (Procore, Jonas, Bluebeam).
