• Billing & Financial Support: Help assemble monthly progress billing backup, process trade invoices, verify holdbacks, and manage lien release documentation.

• Site & Meeting Support: Attend project progress meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, track long-lead materials, and assist with deficiency tracking during commissioning.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1–3+ years of Project Coordinator experience with a General Contractor or specialized trade contractor.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

• Skills: Highly organized, proactive, with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and exposure to construction platforms (Procore, Jonas, Bluebeam).

• Mindset: Strong ambition to learn, solve problems proactively, and progress into a Project Management track.
